About the role

The Operations Executive supports day‑to‑day mall operations, ensuring a safe, clean and high‑quality shopping environment. The role coordinates with tenants, service providers and internal teams to maintain health, safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily operational aspects to deliver a world‑class shopping experience.
Oversee mall health, safety and hygiene standards.
Organise and remodel design control zones for tenant units.
Assist admin with reports and paperwork related to mall operations.
Conduct daily inspections, report deficiencies and handle minor maintenance requests.
Coordinate with mall departments and guide service providers such as security, housekeeping and pest control.
Check kiosks and retail units for fit‑out and merchandising standards.
Monitor contractor performance and KPIs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
1–3 years experience in mall operations.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
