About the role
The Senior Manager of Facility Management will lead City Edge’s facilities and physical security operations across all sites in Egypt, ensuring hard and soft services meet operational and financial targets while driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage KPIs and SLAs, optimise service delivery and improve processes, systems, tools and equipment.
- Design and implement efficient operational solutions using pioneering technology.
- Oversee financial and technical matters, draft budgets for each trade, and monitor OPEX & CAPEX.
- Ensure contract compliance with quality, environment, health & safety policies.
- Conduct operational audits, manage contract renewals, and lead procurement negotiations.
- Provide leadership to the Operations team, develop succession plans and monitor daily reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 3‑6 years in facility management.
- Facility Management Certificate is a plus.
