About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to design and maintain efficient operational systems for a cold‑calling software company. The role involves coordinating across multiple business units to ensure smooth daily functions and alignment with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and uphold business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
- Manage day‑to‑day business operations and workflow.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
