About the role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to support the Operations Manager in daily activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments within Mazzika Group, a leading Arabic music entertainment company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager with day‑to‑day management tasks.
- Perform various administrative duties, including document handling and data entry.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to facilitate cross‑functional projects.
- Maintain and update the operational schedule and calendars.
- Monitor and manage content on different digital platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic (reading and writing).
- Good knowledge of Arabic music and related digital applications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention‑to‑detail.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Solid web and internet navigation skills.
