Operations Team Leader – French Account

About the role
The Operations Team Leader (French Account) will manage and motivate a French‑speaking team in a BPO environment, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and compliance with company policies are met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a French‑speaking team to exceed KPI targets.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and overall team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle escalations and support agents with daily operational challenges.
- Communicate updates, policy changes and expectations clearly to the team.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with training and quality teams.
- Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
Required profile
- Minimum six months experience as a Team Leader in a BPO.
- Ability to work rotational and overnight shifts.
- Graduate degree.
- French language proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to manage performance and resolve conflicts.
