Oracle Technical Consultant – Senior Manager (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s ETIC practice is seeking a senior‑level Oracle Technical Consultant to lead enterprise performance‑management projects for clients in the Cairo region. The role combines deep Oracle expertise with advisory skills to help organisations improve budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client performance‑management needs and design Oracle‑based solutions.
• Implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools for budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting.
• Provide training, support and change‑management to ensure seamless adoption of Oracle solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain professional standards, adhere to PwC policies and manage project risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM projects at a senior consulting level.
• Strong analytical and systems‑thinking abilities to identify client opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, make sound judgments and escalate issues when needed.
• Commitment to coaching, diversity and inclusion within the team.
