Outbound Travel Consultant – Outbound Tour Operator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Travel Consultant to join our growing travel business in Egypt. You will design and sell customized outbound holiday packages for individuals, families, couples, and groups, turning travel dreams into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored holiday and travel packages based on client preferences.
• Handle client inquiries, provide travel consultations, and prepare detailed quotations and itineraries.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel suppliers to secure bookings.
• Manage reservations from initial inquiry through confirmation and post‑travel follow‑up.
• Assist clients with visa guidance and travel documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound tourism, travel consultancy, or tour operations.
• Strong knowledge of popular international destinations and ability to sell holiday packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Good command of English.
