Overseas Country Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Overseas Country Manager will define and execute LC Waikiki’s sourcing strategy for Egypt, aligning with global growth objectives. You will be accountable for expanding the business sustainably while meeting volume, revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the country sourcing strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Lead all sourcing activities across Egypt, including supplier relationship management, merchandising, quality, compliance and financial performance.
• Monitor market dynamics, identify opportunities and risks, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and partners to secure competitive terms.
• Build and maintain a supplier ecosystem that meets standards for quality, cost efficiency, sustainability and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure sourcing supports broader business priorities.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on process optimisation, system enhancements and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong commercial judgment and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven experience leading country‑level sourcing or procurement operations.
• Excellent understanding of supplier management, quality and compliance in a retail environment.
