Partnerships Lead – Restaurant Acquisition (Cairo)

About the role

Conari is looking for a senior Partnerships Lead based in Cairo to own restaurant acquisition and guide a team of Dubai‑based interns. You will shape the growth strategy, manage the end‑to‑end partnership pipeline, and directly close high‑value deals while coaching the outreach team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full restaurant partnership pipeline: sourcing, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Manage and mentor Dubai interns, set weekly targets, and review their progress.
• Develop and refine outreach scripts, pitch decks, and objection‑handling playbooks.
• Track pipeline health in ClickUp/Hubspot and report against acquisition targets.
• Lead conversations with larger or strategic restaurant groups.
• Collaborate with the founder on deal structure, prioritisation, and expansion planning.
• Help professionalise the partnerships function as the company scales.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales or account management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail or marketplace platforms.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring a small team or interns.
• Strong communicator in English and Arabic, comfortable pitching directly to restaurant owners.
• Highly organised, process‑driven and comfortable using a CRM or project tool.
• Self‑starter able to work independently from Cairo while coordinating a Dubai‑based team.
