Patient Care Specialist – Egypt

About the role

The Patient Care role supports and manages Patient Support Programs, ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate, and professional assistance throughout their treatment journey. Acting as a trusted advocate, the role removes barriers to care and expands access strategies globally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager and program team in managing Patient Support Programs and liaise with key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely enrolment of eligible patients and coordinate the enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Accompany team visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites to implement programs.
• Ensure patients receive medications efficiently and report adverse events according to SOPs.

Required profile

• A degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related field (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in healthcare, scientific NGOs, data monitoring, logistics or customer service.
• Strong adaptability, dependability, teamwork and concern for quality.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours (Sun‑Thurs).
