About the role
The Personnel Coordinator will manage HR and administrative tasks for a construction site in Allamein, ensuring smooth operations of employee attendance, accommodation, and payroll processes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee and worker attendance (clock‑in/clock‑out) and submit daily reports.
- Register biometric data (fingerprints) for all site personnel.
- Prepare site requisitions and handle administrative needs in coordination with the Site Manager.
- Coordinate housing contracts, lease agreements, unit inspections and enforce accommodation regulations.
- Arrange housing for new employees and oversee vehicle operations for staff transportation.
- Process leave requests with the Project Manager and sign off applications.
- Prepare monthly payroll adjustment sheets with biometric logs and supporting documentation.
- Conduct routine administrative investigations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Male candidates only.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
