PET Operate & Maintain Supervisor

About the role

The PET Operate & Maintain Supervisor will ensure continuous, high‑quality production of PET packaging by overseeing equipment operation, cleanliness, and maintenance. You will work closely with the production team to meet plan targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply production SOPs to keep equipment running at the highest level of continuity according to the production plan.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness in line with production and quality standards, performing daily and weekly care routines.
• Conduct periodic product checks to verify quantity and quality during the shift.
• Record equipment productivity data and breakdowns throughout the shift.
• Perform mechanical change‑overs for filler, blow‑molding, capper and related subsystems.
• Monitor machine parts, inspect, and report corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, replace damaged parts, and execute preventive maintenance programs and overhauls.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in equipment operation and maintenance within a production environment.
