Pharmacist – Community Pharmacy

About the role

Re3aya Pharmacy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pharmacist to join its patient‑centered team in New Cairo. You will play a key role in ensuring safe medication dispensing, providing expert counseling, and supporting wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense and verify prescription and OTC medications, reviewing each for accuracy, safety, and potential interactions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence, including chronic disease management.
• Support weight‑management and metabolic health initiatives, advise on nutritional supplements, and recommend skin, hair, and general wellness products.
• Perform medication reconciliation, check for contraindications, and maintain precise patient and inventory records.
• Help implement clinical and customer‑service standards, participate in health‑education activities, and collaborate to improve pharmacy workflows and patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist in Egypt with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent).
• Internship completion or prior community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of prescription and OTC drugs, including dosage, indications, contraindications, and drug‑drug interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail, ethical standards, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, handle peak hours calmly, and engage in continuous professional development.
