Pharmacist – Customer & Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacist to join our team in New Cairo. The role combines customer service, sales, and inventory management to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and act on client feedback to improve services.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to integrate client insights.
• Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Manage inventory, track supplies, and coordinate product orders.
• Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency in English.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Sales and data‑entry proficiency.
