We are seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization. The role is pivotal in driving medical excellence, ensuring scientific accuracy, and supporting compliant operations across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement medical strategies and plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide scientific support to sales and marketing teams.
• Review promotional materials to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and advisory boards.
• Deliver medical and scientific training programs for internal stakeholders.
• Support product launches and lifecycle management activities.
• Respond to medical inquiries with accurate scientific information.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
• 8–12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific and medical knowledge.
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strategic thinking with proven leadership capabilities.
• Fluent command of English.
