About the role
EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company based in Cairo, is looking for a PHI Field Market Access specialist to join its team. The role focuses on helping patients gain access to EVA Pharma products through private healthcare insurance providers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic access plans for EVA Pharma products with private healthcare insurance providers.
- Build and maintain key relationships with decision-makers to ensure patient access and drive product performance.
- Define business strategies, optimize resource allocation and analyse market dynamics within the health insurance sector.
- Build strong connections with PHI decision-makers so they understand the product value and manage stakeholders supporting patient access to the EVA Pharma portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- 2-3 years of experience in PHI access, field market access, self-insured schemes and private hospitals in Egypt.
- Experience with value-based projects and health economics.
