Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Planning Supervisor will lead supply chain planning activities for AUG Pharma, ensuring product availability and alignment with business goals. This role coordinates across production, warehouse, purchasing and other functions to maintain efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply chain planning strategies to meet product availability targets.
• Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans, optimizing inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor production plans and follow up on execution to guarantee timely product availability.
• Manage inventory levels and support efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a scientific discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain planning within the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, production planning and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
