Pre & Post Sales Engineer – Technical Solutions

About the role

International Control Systems Co. (ICS) is seeking a full‑time Pre & Post Sales Engineer to join its Cairo office. You will work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into technical solutions, from proposal preparation to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to gather client needs and develop technical proposals, designs, and BOQs.
• Present solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
• Respond to technical inquiries, configure solutions, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support project handover, guide installation and commissioning teams, and assist in troubleshooting.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ICS products and document solution details.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications or a related field.
• Strong pre‑sales and post‑sales engineering experience, especially in low‑current systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
