About the role
The Process Quality Engineer role at Diniz Adient Egypt is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ismailia. It focuses on monitoring and improving production processes to ensure product quality meets internal standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inspections and analyze process data to identify root causes of quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions and support audits.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to develop and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and control plans.
- Prepare quality reports and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in Quality Control, Product Quality, Quality Assurance and Quality Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
- Advanced analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and root‑cause analysis.
- Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, control plans, 8D and PDCA.
