Procurement Officer – Remote

About the role

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to support its property management operations. Working remotely, you will ensure that all purchasing activities are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation.
• Conduct market research to evaluate vendor capabilities, pricing, and product quality.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and create purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, orders, and vendor information.
• Monitor supplier performance and enforce compliance with contractual terms.
• Implement and update procurement policies and stay informed on industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar purchasing role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, legal and commercial aspects.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
