Product Specialist – Laboratory Medical Devices

About the role

ADI Egypt is looking for a Product Specialist to drive the adoption of laboratory medical devices across its customer base in Cairo. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, delivering tailored solutions that help laboratories meet their performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer accounts, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate laboratory products.
• Develop strategic business plans to capture new market opportunities.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to increase product visibility.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field teams.
• Monitor key account metrics and provide insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or account management within the medical‑device sector.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and propose customized solutions.
