Production Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Sharkia. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent electrical or mechanical engineering graduates who are eager to apply their knowledge to real‑world production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on daily production plans and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise machine operation, perform troubleshooting and support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
• Lead and train technicians and operators on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and leadership potential.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site.
• Experience in production or manufacturing is a plus, but not mandatory.
