Production Engineer

About the role

The Production Engineer is responsible for executing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Acting as a technical bridge between operators, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams, the role focuses on troubleshooting, process improvement, and aligning production planning with operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control production lines to achieve targets for output, efficiency, and quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring problems, recommending engineering solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve workflow, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Support commissioning and integration of new equipment, ensuring operator training and system alignment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures across assigned lines.
• Prepare detailed performance reports with variance analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Planning and Supply Chain to guarantee material and resource availability for uninterrupted operations.
• Contribute to cost‑reduction and quality‑enhancement projects with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a production or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork and communication skills.
