Production Manager – Diagnostic Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing activities for high‑quality diagnostic products. The role ensures production targets are met while maintaining strict compliance with GMP and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to achieve output goals.
• Lead and manage the production team, optimizing workforce utilization.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, quality standards, and internal policies.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Maintenance for seamless operations.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Reduce waste, boost productivity, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare regular production reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical device, or laboratory diagnostics.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
