About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations at our facility in 10th of Ramadan City, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans aligned with business requirements.
- Monitor performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Optimize processes, reduce waste and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, manage and develop the production team.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain and other departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering.
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the glass industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
