Production Operator – Animal Nutrition Premix Plant

About the role

Join the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) premix plant as a Production Operator. You will work on a dynamic manufacturing line, handling raw materials, operating equipment, and supporting quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing processes safely and efficiently according to standard procedures.
• Handle raw materials – transport, weigh, mix, fill silos, bag, and stack finished goods.
• Monitor process parameters, record production data and report any deviations to supervisors.
• Take product samples, perform basic analysis and assist quality‑control activities.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks and support utility mechanics to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Production Operator or Premix Operator.
• Ability to work in shifts within an industrial environment.
• Basic understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety rules.
• Safety‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Operation of production equipment.
• Basic analytical testing of product samples.
• Minor mechanical maintenance.
