Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating the workflow of one or multiple products, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet performance targets. This role involves planning resources, scheduling shifts, and monitoring production progress to achieve on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.
• Determine required manpower, equipment, and raw materials to meet production demand.
• Assign workers and staff to specific production operations.
• Schedule shifts according to production needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues promptly to minimize disruption.
• Collect output data such as finished product counts and defect percentages.
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Maintain organized paperwork and collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning.
• Strong communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
