Production Worker

About the role

Greif is seeking a reliable Production Worker to join its manufacturing team. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe production environment while supporting daily operations on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and lubricate equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep the manufacturing area free from debris and dirt.
• Prepare, organize, and put away tools as assigned.
• Follow detailed instructions to operate machinery, supply routine materials, and load or unload items on assembly lines.
• Perform routine property‑care activities and other non‑technical tasks as needed.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Flexibility to work in a variety of roles on the production floor.
