Project Engineer – Steel Fabrication

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects within our steel fabrication factory at the Ain Sokhna plant. The role involves planning, executing and delivering projects while ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from initiation through completion, developing schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, production and quality teams to align project objectives.
• Monitor progress through site visits, inspections and regular reporting.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and provide technical support throughout execution.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation plans and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project execution processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil or related engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of project engineering experience in steel fabrication, manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Male candidates preferred as stated in the posting.
• PMP certification considered an advantage.
