Project Manager - CRM

About the role

The Project Manager – CRM will lead end‑to‑end delivery of CRM initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and budget. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables and monitor progress against milestones.
• Gather and translate business CRM requirements into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate CRM system implementation, configuration and enhancements, including integration with core banking and customer service platforms.
• Identify and drive process improvements across CRM workflows.
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments and mitigation strategies to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing CRM‑related projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical projects using Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
