Project Manager – High‑Rise Buildings (15+ Floors)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of high‑rise buildings of 15 + floors in Cairo. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on‑site construction activities for high‑rise projects (15+ floors).
• Develop, implement and monitor execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and apply corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, shop drawings, material submittals and work procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority regulations, HSE requirements and company policies.
• Oversee structural, architectural, MEP and façade works for seamless integration.
• Chair progress meetings and prepare status reports for senior management and clients.
• Manage project cash flow, cost control, variations, claims and contract administration.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate project staff including engineers, supervisors and foremen.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in high‑rise construction project management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of local building codes and HSE regulations.
• Experience with QA/QC procedures and ISO standards.
