Project Manager

About the role

Founders Arm is looking for a proactive Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a remote, international team. You will ensure every task is tracked, followed up, and completed on time, giving the founder a clear view of progress without being asked.

Key responsibilities

• Track tasks and projects across the team from initiation to completion.
• Convert verbal requests from the founder into documented action items with owners and due dates.
• Consistently follow up to meet commitments and avoid missed deadlines.
• Identify and surface blockers early, preventing issues from escalating.
• Maintain a single source of truth for task ownership and status.
• Run lightweight check‑ins to keep momentum and accountability.
• Provide the founder with up‑to‑date progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or coordination‑heavy roles.
• Relentless follow‑through and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable holding teammates accountable with professionalism.
• Excellent written English and proactive communication.
• Self‑directed, dependable, and able to work without micromanagement.
• Willingness to commit for 12–24 months.
