Project Planner

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Planner to support the planning and scheduling of multi‑disciplinary engineering projects. You will develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and help ensure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules for multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical‑path activities and potential delays.
• Support the project controls team with cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Participate in site visits when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc. Engineering).
• 1‑4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Basic knowledge of cost control and project tracking.
• Familiarity with Power BI (advantage).
