Property Advisor – Real Estate Consultant

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking a Property Advisor to join its Cairo office. The role involves guiding buyers, developers and sellers through the full property journey, leveraging market data, project information and internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and follow up with prospective and existing clients to understand their property needs and budgets.
• Present suitable residential and commercial property options, arrange site visits and coordinate with developers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the company’s CRM system.
• Provide ongoing customer service and stay updated on market trends and new project launches.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Cairo and greater Egypt real‑estate market, especially New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed and coastal areas.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation and closing in a target‑driven environment.
• Ability to work on‑site, conduct client meetings and property visits, and keep organized documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and transactions.
