Property Consultant

About the role

The Property Consultant will manage the complete sales cycle for off‑plan developments, guiding clients from their first inquiry to contract signing. Working within Nawy’s primary sales department, you will represent projects across New Cairo and surrounding areas, helping buyers make one of their most important financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and qualify inbound leads generated through Nawy’s platform.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
• Present tailored property recommendations from Nawy’s portfolio.
• Guide clients through site visits, negotiations and the contract signing process.
• Record and track each deal stage accurately in the CRM according to company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with purchase contract terms and protect all parties involved.
• Maintain post‑closing relationships and provide ongoing product updates.
• Stay informed on New Cairo market trends, developer offerings and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent Arabic communication; English proficiency is a plus.
• High energy, self‑motivated, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.
• Residency in New Cairo or ability to commute.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
