About the role
The Address Investments is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive B2B growth in the real‑estate sector. You will work closely with clients and partners, presenting a broad portfolio of developments and helping them secure the best deals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
- Negotiate, close, and manage deals that generate sustained revenue.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective account management and pipeline development.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product offerings, market changes and emerging competition.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management or sales within real estate.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience using sales enablement tools.
