Property Consultant – Real Estate Agent (Cairo)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo supports clients in buying, selling and investing in properties. The Property Consultant conducts viewings, provides market advice and prepares comparative analyses to guide informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the property transaction process, from viewings to closing.
• Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects and maintain accurate property listings.
• Coordinate with developers, internal teams and negotiate offers.
• Provide data‑backed, technology‑enabled advice while staying updated on market trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Valid real estate license and thorough knowledge of local property regulations.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, including listing, marketing and transaction coordination.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site across various project locations in and around Cairo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field preferred.
