Purchasing Assistant – 6th October City

About the role

Clean & More is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Assistant to support its Purchasing Manager in the fast‑growing cleaning‑products industry. Based in the Industrial Area of 6th of October City, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth procurement operations and timely material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and confirm receipt of materials.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to procurement, including documentation and record‑keeping.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier files, quotations, contracts, and inventory data.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and production teams to align supply with demand.
• Support cost analysis, price comparisons, and supplier performance reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports for management.
• Manage import paperwork, customs clearance, and logistics coordination when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
