Purchasing & Product Data Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing & Product Data Coordinator to support our growing e‑commerce brand specializing in premium lighting. The role involves managing purchase requests, supplier communications, order tracking, and ensuring accurate product information on our website.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and send purchase orders to approved suppliers and follow up on order status, availability, and delivery dates.
• Track pending, delayed, and partially delivered orders, and coordinate with inventory to identify stock needs.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and delivery updates.
• Update management on delayed orders, shortages, or urgent issues.
• Collaborate with accounting to handle supplier invoices and payment updates.
• Add new products to the website and keep product data (names, SKUs, prices, categories, specifications, images) accurate and aligned with inventory.
• Report missing product details, pricing issues, or incomplete information to management.
• Support daily operations by ensuring timely ordering, follow‑up, and website updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing coordination, supplier follow‑up, operations, product data entry or inventory support.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and product upload processes.
• Experience in retail, e‑commerce, lighting, furniture, home décor or trading companies is a plus.
