Purchasing Specialist – Non‑Product Procurement

About the role
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our procurement team in Nasr City, Cairo. The role focuses on non‑product procurement, ensuring that the goods and services required for daily operations are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for non‑product procurement.
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and resolve supplier‑related issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
