Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

The Purchasing Supervisor will manage the flow of goods and inventory for our food and retail operations in the New Administrative Capital, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. This role supports the team by maintaining accurate records, handling vendor relations, and coaching staff.

Key responsibilities

• Print, organize, and distribute essential documents and reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate inventory figures, conduct audits, and monitor stock levels.
• Resolve vendor delivery issues, oversee returns, and verify received inventory.
• Reconcile shipping invoices, process deliveries, and enforce quality standards.
• Assist management with training, scheduling, and employee coaching.
• Report accidents, complete safety training, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing or inventory experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb and work in varied physical environments.
