QMS Supervisor

About the role

The QMS Supervisor will lead Centro’s enterprise Quality Management System, governance, risk and compliance strategy across all functions. Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, this role ensures ISO certification, audit programs and continuous‑improvement frameworks are embedded throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate the enterprise QMS, GRC policies, and risk‑management strategy.
• Own the ISO 9001:2015 certification portfolio, managing accreditation, surveillance and renewal cycles.
• Govern internal and external audit programs, approve scopes, schedules and corrective‑action closures.
• Establish Lean and Six Sigma process‑excellence frameworks and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop QMS KPIs, compliance dashboards and executive reporting standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of QMS specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with Quality Management Systems, internal auditing, root‑cause analysis and CAPA management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
