Quality Assurance Associate

About the role

The Quality Assurance Associate will work on‑site at CANEX Aluminum’s 32,000 m² facility in 6th of October City. You will ensure product quality across extrusion, casting, machining, finishing and assembly operations, supporting the company’s ISO and other certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and tests on products throughout the production process.
• Document results, prepare quality reports and update quality records.
• Identify non‑conformities and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with QHSE guidelines.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and logistics teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in quality control and assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO.
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and root‑cause analysis.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Technical or engineering diploma/degree in industrial, mechanical or materials fields (preferred).
• Experience in metals, aluminum extrusion, casting or surface finishing (advantageous).

Required skills

• Use of basic quality tools (calipers, gauges).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with quality reporting software.
