Quality Control Analyst

About the role

The Quality Control Analyst ensures that all production processes meet the highest quality and safety standards. Working across the IQF, sorting, packaging, and loading areas, you will monitor key parameters, report deviations, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑moving food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify process parameters in assigned production zones (IQF, sorting, packaging, loading).
• Ensure process controls follow approved work instructions, process sheets, and quality standards.
• Record, analyse, and report non‑conformities.
• Review and verify critical control points (CCP) and operational prerequisite programs (OPRP).
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to adjust processes when quality trends deviate from targets.
• Support root‑cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain trend reports for key quality metrics.
• Prepare daily reports on process performance and quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or Production Engineering.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the food industry.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and food integrity.
• Ability to handle conflict effectively and adapt to fast‑changing production conditions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
