Quality Control Specialist

About the role
The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all food products meet the required quality and safety standards. You will work closely with key accounts, marketing, and production teams to guarantee product excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Review test results and analytical data to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and conduct taste panels for key accounts and compile detailed reports.
- Prepare product samples for visits, marketing activities, and potential customers according to their specifications.
- Handle requests from key accounts, providing timely and accurate information.
- Ensure that product quality consistently meets internal and external standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Science, or Veterinary studies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in food industry quality control or food safety.
Required skills
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and BRC standards.
- Ability to conduct taste panels and prepare product samples for various stakeholders.
