Quality Investigator

About the role

The Quality Investigator evaluates the end‑to‑end passenger experience on a transit network by conducting covert field assessments on stations and trains. Acting as a regular commuter, the role gathers real‑time, objective data on service quality, staff behavior, cleanliness, accessibility and KPI compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and review system specifications to define testing requirements and develop detailed test plans.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate service and product performance.
• Observe and record passenger‑focused metrics such as cleanliness, accessibility, staff interaction and safety compliance.
• Log defects and discrepancies, produce detailed reports and collaborate with development or operations teams for resolution.
• Conduct post‑release testing to ensure stability after implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results and observations.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and adhere to relevant safety, security and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Familiarity with public transportation services and customer‑experience principles.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones and internet‑based tools.
