Quality Manager – ISO Compliance & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives at ComeX Engineering Company in 6th of October, Giza. The role focuses on maintaining ISO‑based quality standards and driving continuous improvement across all production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality policies, procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
• Supervise inspections, testing activities and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Analyse quality issues, initiate corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and prepare regular quality performance reports.
• Train staff on quality standards, procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee quality compliance throughout the organization.
• Handle customer complaints, prevent recurrence and manage internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• 15–20 years of proven experience in quality management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001 (or equivalent) quality standards.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications for reporting and data analysis.
