Quality Manager

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Quality Manager to lead the continuous improvement of our quality systems. The successful candidate will drive internal audits, support process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with key partners to gather constructive feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized production, quality, and customer‑service standards.
- Identify potential risks early, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Plan, execute and report on internal and external quality audits.
- Compile detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Coach, mentor and train team members, and conduct performance evaluations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality management or a similar field.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
