Quality Specialist – MENA Address Quality (MAQ)

About the role

The MENA Address Quality (MAQ) team is looking for a Quality Specialist to support address resolution, geocode correction, LLM quality auditing and map validation for last‑mile delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. You will be the first line of support, handling real‑time production issues and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to perform manual audits, resolve outliers and exceptions using internal tools.
• Identify emerging patterns from audits and suggest process improvements.
• Provide timely responses to stakeholders and adhere to SLA commitments.
• Escalate problems to appropriate owners according to defined processes.
• Maintain accurate records of daily work in trackers or workflow systems.
• Meet business metrics such as productivity, quality, utilization and SLA targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights or holidays.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.
