Real Estate Agent – Full‑time, New Delhi

About the role

The Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the entire property lifecycle, from identifying suitable properties to supporting negotiations, using data‑backed insights and technology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Present property options that match client needs and budgets.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Prepare and review documentation, coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders.
• Support negotiations to achieve favorable agreements.
• Monitor market trends, update listings, and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of real‑property regulations.
• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Delhi and manage local market activities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
